The Benefits of Reiki

Reiki is a non-invasive therapy that involves stimulating the body's own healing potential, much like acupuncture, but without the use of needles. Reiki is given by gently placing the hands, non-intrusively, in a series of positions from the top of the head to the feet, in order to restore balance in your body. Please note, you will not be expected to remove any clothing for treatment.

Reiki is very effective in relieving stress, healing emotional issues, aiding body detoxification, boosting the immune system, increasing confidence and much more. You may feel warmth, tingling or nothing at all during sessions, but Reiki does have a deeply relaxing and positive effect.

Reiki can work on a mental, physical and spiritual level, therefore making it a unique experience for each individual. It can be used to safely treat babies, children, pregnant women and the elderly, as it is free of side effects.

The Reiki Symbol
