"My husband and I had always wanted to start a family. I had been on the contraceptive pill for about 10 years and decided to come off it in April 2006 to start trying for a baby. My periods didn’t return and after 6 months I decided to try reflexology to give things a helping hand. I felt this worked for me and after an intense course of treatment over 7 weeks my periods returned in December. We relocated to Wiltshire in January 2007, my periods were few and far between and ovulation tests were always negative and I was concerned after medical appointments that in the end I would be prescribed drugs to help with this- something that I felt quite uncomfortable about.

I decided that I would try any other alternative therapy to help the situation and had read that acupuncture was good for regulating periods. I searched the internet and was fortunate to find that Su’s practice was close to my work and I arranged to see her. My first appointment was in May 2007. Having assessed me, and my condition, Su treated me with a combination of acupuncture, Reiki and prescribed herbal remedies and in July 2007 I fell pregnant.

I am convinced that I would still be trying to sort my body out now had I not decided to try acupuncture and that it would have taken far longer had it not been for Su’s holistic approach. I found it quite amazing that I could actual feel things happening to correct imbalances inside my body. I would strongly recommend Su to anyone considering acupuncture and alternative therapies in treating fertility issues, it most definitely worked for me."
